I am aiming for Maris Stella and staying within 1km.

Am I correct to say that intake has been reduced from 300 to 270 this year ???
Looks like for the 1st time, MSHS will ballot within 1km.

Yes, Maris Stellar had slashed intake from 300 last year (2013), to 270 this year (2014)

expect balloting in Phase 2B too, and maybe even Phase 2A2 -
since 30 seats are gone !

Someone put on another forum where she stay and which floor too. If she has daughter, can put in PLMGPS, just across her HDB. From Lorong Ah Soo is 7 min drive to Maris Stella, provided there is smooth traffic.

Hi all,


My gal will be joining for registration for 2015 P1 and I am intend to put her in Holy Innocents’ Primary School as I am an old girl of that school so meaning I will be in phrase 2A2.

In view of 40 seats have been taken up for Phrase 2B and 2C, I am worry that phrase 2A2 might need to ballot.

I am staying in sengkang whereas my mum is staying less than 1km from HIPS so thinking to use my mum’s home address to register for her P1. Wonder will it be high chance? Kindly advise.
