          Hi Parents,

Any idea if parents will be allowed to enter the school and receive the PSLE results together with the child on that particular PSLE results day? I am considering if it is worthwhile taking leave on that day.

Thanks in advance for any inputs.

          Cheers

In our case, the family is allowed to enter the school to receive the results with the child. Eg. the kids will sit according to classes and the school prepared for chairs for parents, etc... The principal gave a talk on overall performance, highlight the top performers in each class, affiliated sec school principal gave a talk and then the kids will get their results individually.... When all have gotten their results, the parents went forward to their kids and everyone including parents just stand around to talk, etc...

Same arrangement in DS' school.. šŸ˜„

Btw.. Don't the affiliated Pri & Sec schools share the same Principal ?

              results release around 12 noon.

Yes, it's a big milestone for the kid whether the result is good or not.
most definitely worth it for us to be there.

Not all affiliated schools are 'full' schools. Only full schools have the same principal for Pr and Sec.

Mummy chloecube - no concrete firm date yet. Even MOE website puts \"Between 21 and 24 November 2014 (tentatively)\".

I was having a conversation with one of my girlfriend whose child is with another school in the western part of Singapore and said their school website puts 19 November (Wednesday) and 21 November (Friday) both as the \"PSLE Posting Result Release (Tentative)\" šŸ˜‰
