I wanted cjc but its10 😞

Hi all, I just got back my results, my o lvls net L1R5 is 7, im considering going to either anderson jc or anglo-chinese jc. Im more of an arts student, although I hope to be able to get a hybrid course. Any advice on whether or not anderson is better or anglo-chinese is better or maybe a third choice?

I can’t believe it! My son has 6A1s and nett score of 2, and he’s thinking of going to Nanyang JC! With encouragement from my husband.

What are they thinking? People are clamouring for RJC or HC and here they are, passing up this chance!!!

Sorry, just ranting. Good results also no use.

Goes to show that not all top scorers go to RJC/HCI, and not all RJC/HCI are top scorers...

Put it in another way... Not all top scorers want to go to RJC/HCI, and not all top scorers are from RJC/HCI. Good that we are moving towards \"all schools are good schools\"!!

Nanyang JC like other JCs has its own strengths. It produced at least a minister so I wonder why it is passing up a chance to enter Nanyang?

I’m currently looking for a private tutor (preferably male) to coach my DS in H2 Chemistry. He will be taking his β€˜A’ Levels this year. We are staying in the East.

Appreciate any referral to a responsible & experienced tutor. TIA!!
