Well, it did regain its ranking and admittedly, HCI is one of the top schools by any measure. For it to regain its preeminence, perhaps we can try a social experiment to move RI to Tuas and measure the impact?

Why must they honor their word if subsequent site investigation found it to be unsuitable or built at an exorbitant cost ?

Nothing is cast in stone and it is fool hardy to die die must build there at all cost just for the sake of a few students

Can all brothers of Cat High and (sisters of SNG and SCG if nearby) wear your 7 buttons uniform and march into Teck Ghee MPS office tonight and chorus the Cat High school song until PM arrives to meet people (or will he not be on duty tonight?). This is called DRAMATIC EMOTIONAL BLACKMAIL...

By association to location - any time Mt Sinai is top lah!

Many of the top JCs today had one time or another lived and stayed at Mt Sinai where they received enlightenment via the two tablets and wherever they went subsequently they have done well.

ITE Bishan ? Have you heard ITE stands for Its The End ??!! Why want that location ? No good lah. Only the saints can make good the place because they are the saints.

Lesser mortal must stick with established norms of property : location location location = mt sinai
