Hi didn't know can buy the PE shirts already, was told can only buy after sch starts. Did u need to tell them the house colour?Hi Ellysia & Melaniessl,
My son will be in 1C next year. Anyone else from 1C or starting school next year? Which class is your son posted to? Super excited. :rahrah:
First time being Pr 1 mummy. Dunno what to prepare also.
By the way, we just bought 2 PE singlets from the school uniform shop in Far East. Anyone know where / how to get the PE shorts? And can someone tell me where to sew the name tag on the PE singlet? Thanks.
Cheers
I bought iron on labels from brightstarkids australia, they shipped direct to sg, been using it for many years for my son childcare and its good.
By the way what to bring for first day? Noticed that it was not mention. Parent handbook only mention from 5 Jan for first week. But 2 Jan not mentioned? -
Hi
I am looking for a couple more P1 kids to form a small tuition group of 2-3 kids in all with my boy, in the orchard/Newton area. Tutor is experienced with teaching Acs boys. Please do pm me if you wish to join in.

Hello Everyone,
I’m a parent who is looking for a primary school for my son. There are some questions my son asked me about acps and I hope you could help me with answers.
a) are the children happy in school?
b) do they have friends and play together?
Thank you. -
I think no school can promises u that your kid will be 100% happy with them. I got kids in different schs and the thing I noticed is as long as a lot of boys r together, they will sooner or later get into mischief. Compared to making friends (which depends really on the kid’s personality), I’m more concerned if playtime gets rowdy (ie rough play) but overall the acs teachers seem to be doing a good job in maintaining discipline.

Hi parents! I’m registering my son for P1 under Phase 2B and praying that the he can get in. I’m wondering how the sending and picking up work. Can I drive into the school compound? Or do I have to park somewhere else?
-
Hi! I’m also registering my son under 2B, anyone else registering this year?
-
Hi, I will be registering my son at phase 2b. Acs pri looks pretty competitive this year with 62 seats taken up in phase 1 and 93 seats taken in phases 2a2 (highest take up for phase 1 and 2a1 together since 2009). I think there is a high chance of balloting within 1km for phase 2b.

-
Hi, I think 2A2 will also be competitive especially around 45 places are left. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
