Dear parents, can anyone advise me for P1 registration form hardcopy , where can we get it from? The MOE will send to us or is there a website to print out? Thanks a million.

You only get the form on the day you register.

The Phase 1 form was sent out already .... the fun is beginning !! :rahrah:

Do you mean the hardcopy form for phase 2C can only get from the school you go on that registration day?

        Thanks. :rahrah:
yes

Just to share my experiences last year… i was trying for 2 schools.

1st school: i’m outside 2km for phase 2C, but it’s my school of choice
==> typically balloting required for 1-2km SC in 2C, but school is renovating in 2018 so during 2015 registration, response was lukewarm

          2nd school: my 2nd choice, but i’m within phase 2C 1KM
==> typically balloting required for less than 1KM SC in 2C

on the last day of the balloting exercise, me and hubby shuttled between 2 schools ard 11am and 2pm to monitor the results.
          as at 2pm:
1st school: left 5 seats for SC outside 2KM, and as at 2pm, there were only 3-4 SC and 1 PR outside 2KM
2nd school: ballot cfm required for under 1KM SC

so end up we went with 2nd school and it was a close shave because after 3pm, alot of last min applicants… so 1st school finally at phase 2C, balloting was required for 1-2km SC, so had i registered there, i would have not gotten a chance and my child would have lost the chance at 2nd school.

end up we went in through balloting at phase 2C at 2nd school

              Hi mummies,

even if withdraw from phrase 2B to go for 2C is the same process? Can \"last minute\" do it right cos need to monitor the stats for the phrase 2C sch.

Where can we get the withdrawal form? Also from the school on the same day?

Cant imagine last minute withdrawal and to go for another sch. the heart beat will be mad. 😓

You can get the withdrawal form from the school. Make sure you have both NRICs and other necessary documents with you. Give at least half an hour for this process as the system or network might be slow.

By the way, you still need both NRICs to register in the other school, so there's no way you can do withdrawal and registration concurrently. So please take the traveling time between the 2 schools into consideration too.
