Hello. For question 66 in English paper 2, the statement given was \"Tom found the loss of his diary upsetting\". (Same general meaning.)
I answered \"Tom is upset about the loss of his diary\", however, it seems that the answer is \"Tom was upset about the loss of his diary.\"
Someone please clarify whether my answer is wrong. I am not sure about the statement given, it could have been \"Tom finds the loss of his diary upsetting\", or \"Tom found/finds the loss of his diary very upsetting.\" (I'm pretty sure there wasn't a \"very\" though.) And if I'm wrong, would I be awarded at least one mark since it is a problem with the tenses?
