            Hi Anitha,
We are in the same boat. I called NUS high yesterday and was told that since last 3 years all WL have converted to confirm and even after that they had to conduct supplementary intake exercise SIE which is based on PSLE result. The sequence is Confirm offer - waitlist - SIE.
            Good luck.

The shortlisting for interviews for Anderson Sec is finally out on the school’s website!

Is anyone aware of the chances of an offer from Anderson if child is shortlisted for interview?

Last year, did all the Wait lists from RGS, manage to convert into Confirmed Offer eventually, or only some ?

                      Hi kash313,
My DS also got WL from NUSH. Did they reveal how many CO/WL they gave out?

Maybe one way to get a sense of the chances is to find out 1) the size of the total sec 1 intake, 2) the rough number of students who were interviewed. If the school is taking in only 35% of the total intake via dsa, then you can work out the total number of students they are taking in via dsa and compare that number with the number of students who were interviewed

A likely impact of lower intake of DSA students for IP schools will be lower COP for PSLE entry. Hopefully a 2 - 4 points reduction in COP for the top 6 schools.

Unless we have insider info, there is no way to know the number of students attending interview versus accepted. But it is likely that schools' DSA boards would interview less students if they already know that DSA intake will be reduced. So if called up for interview, the percentage of success should be no different from previous years'.
