Hi, my sister is interested in the raffles girls dsa by year 3. Any one has expereience/advice about it? I’ve not had any experience with dsa before.

Is anyone able to advise the CCA hours and training commitment for sports CCA (assuming not entering via sports DSA)? TIA.

Peak season 3 sessions per week, off-peak season 2 sessions per week. 2-3 hours per session. 3 sessions per week during Jun and year end holidays. 2 weeks break for each holiday period.
Training will stop during major examination periods. -

National School Games are usually scheduled in afternoon or weekend. School lessons are all in the morning. For average team members, there are no much conflicts, at least this is the case for my two daughters who are members of two sports teams, one outdoor and one indoor.

Does RGS offer boarding school experience like NYGH and NJC?

No.
No boarding school programme, in RGS.
We don’t have, unlike National Junior College.
RGS also doesn’t open any O level class : for students who cannot cope with RGS (IP) Secondary academic rigor.
Unlike Nanyang Girls High, open some O level classes, for their affected students. -
RGS is building a new campus at Braddell. Any plans for them to incorporate boarding school experience as part of their curriculum ?

Even though RGS is building a brand new campus at Braddell, currently, no plan to incorporate any boarding school programme at RGS
