What will be the chance of st. margaret going into balloting for SC staying within 1-2km this year? We are considering to register for my gal. Another school near us will be Bendemeer primary with no balloting from past records.

from the school after the registration phase?

Only need to submit after successful registration, i.e. that would mean after receiving the confirmation SMS/letter from MOE at the end of Phase 2C/2CS. The SMS/letter should contain the date of when the parents are supposed to report to the school (this is based on SMS info previously shared by a successful parent).
Do refer to the 1st paragraph of the attached screenshot from MOE's website.

I monitor from 2016 batch cos that's when I registered my #1... I registered her for Punggol Green... 200+ registered with 100+ vacancies and all 200+ who registered are SC <1km wor.... yes... I failed the ballot... don't underestimate Punggol Green popularity...

I think it’s bad luck (or maybe the authorities poor planning).

Prior to 2015, Punggol Green wasn’t a popular option. Unfortunately, I’m 2015 / 2016, projects like Twin Waterfalls / Ecopolitan and the first phase of development at Matilda TOP. For some of the projects in Matilda, Punggol Green is the only school within 1km (Springdale is also within 1km but you will have to cross the expressway to Sengkang). Given that Matilda is close to fully developed, I believe it is possible that demand for Punggol Green will spike further.[/quote]Ya lo... This side of Punggol, Punggol Green is the oldest sch liao... Typically we, those staying in the area, will target Punggol Green than other school like Punggol Cove or Punggol View.
