Varies so much on the CCA you join and the activities you choose to participate in. It is largely true that the culture is competitive, but as a former principal once said... 'stop competing, start excelling'. If you join RI, your best bet is to look inwards and use the opportunities to figure out what your passions, strengths and weaknesses are. Anecdotally, those who choose to compete with others in terms of grades and achievements never got very far

The school culture is quite competitive and since the cohort is big, it's possible to feel distant from each other.

The teachers are really friendly though! Also, thumbs up for the large campus space which makes the learning spaces more comfortable

Anyone needs recommendation for H2 Maths or H2 Physics tuition, can pm me. Current MOE teacher, v experienced with RI syllabus.
