        Hi kidskids

Subject combinations may be subjected to changes.

I would suggest that if your child is studying in PHS, he/she can ask the teachers. If not, you can contact the school to ask them.

        Hi Snoopy81,

Understand that the combinations may change.
My child is not from PHS but taking PSLE this year.
So we are trying to \"see around\" some of the schools that we have in mind.

        Thanks for the reply!

            Hi kidskids,

Thank you for considering PHS as one of your choices. All the best in choosing a secondary school for your child!

              Hi Autumnleaf,

Although u are very kind to post internal proprietary information on subject combination from PHS school, thinking that kidskids is a PHS student, just be careful going forward in future, because as it turn out, kidskids is not even a PHS student. Her child only Psle this year and eventually, the child may not even enter PHS. Kidskids just \" fish \" or sniff info, but not a student from PHS. In her own words, she said want to \"see around \" some schools she have in mind. In another thread (Cedar), she is keen

              https://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=7176&start=1880

In any case, if kidskids is truly a PHS student, she or he would have obtained internal info directly from the school itself, regarding end of Sec 2 choice of subject combination

              Fyi

Last time, PHS posted freely a lot of info on their school website.

But from this year wef 2020, do u notice that
PHS not only over-hauled her entire website \"look and feel\" effect, but also placed all school info under confidentiality, by introducing (inserting) a new login page for all currently enrolled PHS students / parents, so that public cannot access school info, anymore ?

PHS : Presbyterian High school[/quote]I actually didn’t realize, but I thought it was very common advise to research subject combinations offered in sec 3 when deciding on schools. It’s actually something that I didn’t quite understand myself until my own kid was in Sec 2.
I didn’t think there would be anything wrong as end of Sec 2 all students were selecting and parents sharing all the different subject combinations with each other. Non-the-less it’s true that one can always source the info direct with the school. I have removed my original photo, though will need help from the admins to remove all the photos from the replies with quote to that photo.

It’s okay, I didn’t think too much into it, it’s my bad. Hope the info was useful to you, though it’s only accurate for this year’s Sec 3, guess can give you some idea. All the best for your girls PSLE!
