Once MOE assigned, you can't register in another. You can contact the school to apply for transfer.

you should be applying for those schools that are less than 1 km, from your house.

Firstly the MOE increased BTPS seats, reduced PR quota. Yet still after 2C there are lesser seats in BTPS than last year. At least 50+ SCs took 2C seats. And still there are likely to be double SC applicants in 2CS vs last year, as you say.

What gives?

What gives?[/quote]BTPS seems to be getting more popular now... There are people who want to avoid balloting in their own estates and go straight to BTPS during 2C, so the people who got in during 2C are not confined to Bukit Timah area.

BTPS seems to be getting more popular now... I am staying at Balmoral / Novena area, which school that is left is better?
