Looking at the statistics so far, it seems that there is a strong possibility for balloting to take place for 2B this year?

Well, it had better... as it requires the highest number of hours as compared to other schools - 80 hours if not mistaken.

Yeah NYPS needs 80 hours of PV. I guess all would have completed the 80 hours coz I dont thinik any parent who managed to get selected as a PV would be risk the consequence of not qualifying for 2B..

I think that because Pei Hwa has church membership affliation to consider, so they can't take in too many PV in a yr.
