      Thanks, VooVoo.

That’s more compared to Pei Hwa, which is 20 according to another parent here…

Just curious, does Nanyang take in all the PVs ?
30 PVs is about 1 class of students. Nanyang is still offering 13 classes of P1 as compared to Pei Hwa of 11.

Based on past statistics...almost all PVs get in.

Well, it had better... as it requires the highest number of hours as compared to other schools - 80 hours if not mistaken.

Wonder if all PVs manage to complete all 80 hours? :?

Yeah NYPS needs 80 hours of PV. I guess all would have completed the 80 hours coz I dont thinik any parent who managed to get selected as a PV would be risk the consequence of not qualifying for 2B..

I think that because Pei Hwa has church membership affliation to consider, so they can't take in too many PV in a yr.

the number they take is is based on their estimate of how many places are available in P2B, to avoid balloting in P2B. so far they have been quite accurate except for one year I think .....but that year the unsuccessful ballot in P2B was successful in P2C .....so no love lost .....

                        Have you seen this? http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/content/bukit-timah

If you don't live anywhere within 1km, then you pretty much have no chance at all. Even if you are within 1km, there is also a chance you don't get selected during the balloting.

Have you considered RGPS for your daughter instead?
