How about some manuka honey for your cough, can?? šŸ˜„ šŸ˜„

Where to get, sista? I usually can deal with it with our normal pure
honey we bought from Thailand from our last visit. But it has expired.

be mods.. i'm not green now. Sorlie. :salute:[/quote]Apparently, Guardian is having a discount. Wanna take a look at the discussion in the link below:

budsjie, manuka honey works. Was sick just before my HK trip and it worked for me. On offer in Guardian and Unity too.

oh dear.. and big move is still this weekend? Try not to over-work yourself. You need energy to sustain 2, remember? šŸ˜‰

Yup DDs recovered. Thankfully it was a short attack this time round.

I don't know abt manuka honey but I also hear that lemon in honey helps the throat. Rub some Vicks at the sole of your feet and put on socks. Will be sticky for a while but only for awhile, tahan abit. This is especially helpful if the cough comes even more frequently when u are trying to lie down.

              Take care dear

Okie, this just happened .... got me laughing ... and wanna share ...

DS came running into the study, I was on-line.

DS: mummi, mummi, can I have rough paper please?

                Me: Why??

DS: xxxx(helper) told me to take 1 rough paper from mummi

Me: ok, here you go (I gave one paper)

DS: (feeling all over the paper) mummi, is this paper rough? Why I touch not rough?

Suffice to say, I :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:, poor DS looking at me as if I had gone mad. Managed, with some difficulty, to calm down and explain why the paper is not rough.

                    ok, this happened recently too...

Background : we had a GP downstairs and we always go there, so my kids know what we are talking about when we say we are going to see the doctor. But i have my company doctor, which is further away. So this is what happened when i told my 5yo ds the other day that i am going to see a doctor...

DS : u going to see the downstairs' doctor?
me : no, not the downstairs doctor
DS : then the upstairs one.
                    me : :rotflmao:
