So maybe it really depends on whether the CSO you spoke to wants to entertain you? Next time maybe I will call until I get hold of someone who is willing to offer me $300 discount. :lol:

I have been paying more than S$100 per month for the last 15 years, some months as high as $300+... but still nothing from Singtel!!

Was thinking of the lower plan from M1, but when add up the equipment cost divide by 24 months....almost the same as the $98 /mth plan....so might as well take the $98/mth plan without having to fork out a single cent first

to each their own usage pattern to work out what is best econs under the various plans

your #28/mth is bigger nut than my $17/mth mah..

just called Singtel, they say sorry, there is absolutely nothing they can do as they dun reward vouchers off purchase of handsets for mio plan!!

my colleague volunteer to call Singtel for me..

i like China telecom better - they extended the diamond club privileges for me for another year even after my usage dropped and do not qualify for diamond club (airport express lane for security screening, escorted to the lounge and to the gate with buggy ride, do check in for me, lounge access at all airports in China.....) sigh!

Actually I'm rather fed-up of using the iphone ringtones...keeping checking my phone when I hear phone ringing. If only I can use my own ringtone.

You can customised your own ringtone, but not sms tone.

My colleague told me that there is a free Apps called Ringtonemaker which will help u to create ring tone for iPhone4. She has used and said quite easy. I've not tried.
