Is the battery life for the iPhone 4 an improvement over the 3GS?

yes, double the usage, or double the battery life

        That's good.

may be it is the beautiful displays that saps all the battery juice
Has anyone try FaceTime? Any comments?

So far, only my dad has iphone 4. Since FaceTime uses wi-fi only, no need to use FaceTime liao. See him almost everyday. HeHeHe.

Hubby & I have this joke - the person with the least IT knowledge is using the LATEST phone. I use my 3GS a lot for its dictionary/thesaurus function. Once you use APPLE, I don't think you'll be switching back to any other brand.

i tink Samsung Galaxy S is comparable to iPhone?

heard good reviews, DH and a few friends say if any phone can match up to iPhone, this would be it..
Heard a different comments from my colleague who is using Samsung Galaxy S. She has done a comparison with her DH iPhone and concluded that the response time from iPhone is faster. The sensitive is better too.

Wife just got me an iphone 4 last Fri (1/10). Still very very unfamiliar with it. I have always used a Nokia [my first was the\"banana\" phone - remember that one?

the QWERTY keyboard has given me a lot of trouble with my short and stubby fingers. My typing of sms-es have slowed down tremendously.

I reckon I won't use 3/4 of what the iphone is capable of.

My main problem is now what to do for reservist. Can't bring a camera phone into camp. Cant simply change the sim card with anor h. (sigh) I guess I need to get anor SIM card.

Gecko... given that I can probably use the other 3/4 of the iPhone 4 which you cannot use, if you let have your iPhone 4 I can grudgingly let you have my well loved Nokia. It's not a fair trade, but what are friend's for? ๐Ÿ˜‰

                  Wow...Chief u r fast!

Do you still have your old phone w/o camera with you? My colleague has succeed in putting the micro SIM card into a samsung phone which uses the normal SIM card. The trick is to match the reading area together then close the cover. Hope it works for you.

You can also reduce the Brightness .. all these will help to save the battery life.
