Hi penglee,
Thank you for your info. :thankyou: -
Hi Penglee,
I just found out from the newspaper that there is a guided tour with four meals to malacca (2D1N) organised by Grassland. Adult pay $168 and children (6-11) pay $123. Stay in city Bayview Hotel. Do you think this is worth joining? My hubby and mum(joining us too with sisterβs family) suggested that we should join the guided tour bcos 1st time there. -

As for guided tour, individual preference.
We normally walk/drive on our own, after reading other to-do stuffs
Malacca is relatively safe.
Popular joints (worth two visits ) would be JonkerStreet, and Mahkota

the hotel rates in melaka has increased quite a bit over the last year.. one hotel I like is the Courtyard@ heeren. If u take their family room, its only 380RM Nett.. it's 1 king size plus 1 super single. The room itself doesn't have alot of space to run around, but they have nice courtyards to hang out at.. Very nice mgt.. and breakfast is free and good. Very well run and next to jonker walk.. Have stayed there twice already, must book early... very popular..
For the first time, taking a tour may be convenient so you don have to worry about the street directions etc.. but they may not bring you to the famous eating places like capitol satay etc.. so it's your choice ya? Melaka is not hard to navigate, but do get a map or gps for your first time.

i think there is a food court next to mahkota parade that sells that. As for the portuguese seafood village - it is located in the portuguese settlement along banda hilir. You can't miss it! -

Hello ,
Planning to visit Afamosa. Any parents been and stayed at afamosa villa/condotels ? I notice there are quite a number of negative feedbacks on tripadvisor
thanks
regards -
Hi mps112, i am planning to visit A farmosa next year. Can share how do you book the condotel? Do you have the contact of the condotel? tks
mps112:
Went aformosa 2years back with two toddlers. They enjoyed the trip to the safari and watched one of the evening performance. We missed the water theme park though it looked fun. There was an internal shuttle. We stayed at the condotel instead of the hotel as there was no swimming pool at the latter. The kids should love the place.
