Just wondering wat happens when we over stretch e battery, overuse e phone, does it make e phone die a sooner death? Battery is irreplaceable right?
Battery is replaceable, but only through apple. You have to send to their service center in YCK or epi center. -

And if you are using OS4, please remember to clear those applications you have used. If not they would be running \"behind\". A quick double click of the round home button, click and hold on one of the applications, you would see the cross X. Delete them one by one.
Thanks....I didn't know I have so many Apps still running \"behind'. -

Charge when it reaches 40%....first time I heard this, did they explain the logic? Normally people said the good practice is like what you have advised above is to charge when it is totally flat.Another tips for good battery practice. Do this once a month - Try to use your iphone till it off by itself (totally flat), then go for a full charge.
Actually I read in some place, the best to charge is when it reach 40%, this is to maintain good battery life. During weekends when I don't go out, I would do that. -

Use iPhone Regularly
For proper maintenance of a lithium-based battery, it’s important to keep the electrons in it moving occasionally. Be sure to go through at least one charge cycle per month (charging the battery to 100% and then completely running it down).
As for that last tip, no problem. My iPhone always go flat at the end of the day, much less the month. So I charge it daily. -

meaning it must down till unable to turn on den charge to be considered a charge cycle?
if hit the red portion ie 20% consider?
or let it drain the 20% before charging? thanks!!
