Yes, it's true. Dd told me yesterday. After Malay, then it'll be dance/drums, followed by table-tennis, dance, Robotics. She said no need to wear PE attire for Malay and Robotics classes.

Wow! They get to learn Robotics too? How nice πŸ˜„ I'm sure the kids will have lots of fun! πŸ˜‰

Yes, Robotics can be quite fun. I used to be teacher-in-charge of Robotics. My dd's Kindy offered Robotics at K1 n K2 as enrichment. She enjoyed it too. Too bad, the CCA doesn't fit her schedule.
thank you i can get these informations from you. my dd told me little bit but i was still in confuse...
Does anyone know whether P1 students will be given any recommended reading list? If yes, may I know whether it is for both Eng & HCL? Thanks.

Dun remember DS getting such a list last year.

Ok thanks. So I take it that PH doesn't expect P1 students to read any books ... kekeke. See Funx3, P1 can relax a bit.
You wait LONG...LONG.....

            1) There is a stack of papers given to the kid....each page is extracted from a book and the title of the books are listed on the content page...Parents have to go through all the pages with their kids....If your kid likes a particular story, he can borrow the book from the library...

            2) There is a library period per week and kids are encourage to borrow books from the library.

            3) A badge is given to the kid as a reward for reading a certain no of books....

During Term 4, there is a CL ι˜…θ―»ε‘¨ where kids are encourage to read CL books...

Yes, the kids are supposed to write book reviews and submit them to the FTs. My dd's P2 FT gave them several templates for them to fill in their book reviews. The child can redeem a free storybook from the library for every 6 book reviews that he/she had completed. All these book reviews will be collated at the end of the year. The book reviews need not be on books borrowed from the school library.

E3, I didn't know about this until I read what you wrote. Just asked DD about it and she said she knew about it long ago... Oh dear, what have I been doing whole of last year? 😒

Thank goodness we have KSP forum and thank goodness I stopped working recently. At least I am more in touch with DD's work now. πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰
