Daddy or mummy what's the diff?

We're all equally hands-on parents as far as our kids are concerned.

Not forgetting sometimes we also use this forum for social networking & sometimes Funx3 will use it to rant about sch (but the rest of us are good parents) :rotflmao:

Cos daddy feels outnumbered in here with so many mummies who are very on. πŸ˜‰
And compared to the mummies here, I'm considered very hands-off. πŸ™‚

                        E3:
                        janet_lee88:

I called the number which E3 gave to check edusave account.
Thought the amount left over from Baby Bonus will be transferred to Edusave...strangely my daughter only has $200 in the account from MOE.

$200 in Edusave Account is correct. Your dd will not have any amount left from previous years because she just entered P1.

The Baby Bonus can be used to pay fees for all your children who are attending Approved Institutions registered with MCYS under the Baby Bonus Scheme mainly child care centres and kindergartens. I use it to pay for their medical expenses too. My eldest dd was not entitled to baby bonus then, so she used my dd2's baby bonus for kindy's fees and enrichment classes conducted by her kindy. My dd2 can use my dd3's Baby bonus in the same way. The unused balance will not be transferred to Edusave, instead it will be transferred to their Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) when the child turns 7 years of age. It can be used to pay fees for post-secondary education in Singapore for the child and siblings.

This one I know cos I have three kids...

                        For more info:
                        http://www.babybonus.gov.sg/bbss/html/index.html

Thanks E3 for the details. So the left-over $$ from Baby Bonus will not be added to this account...instead will be transferred to PSEA. I should have asked you earlier. Thanks. πŸ˜‰
