Do they assume that all the teachers send to a new school will necessarily be new teachers? Don't they know that MOE can transfer teachers from one schools to another? Moreover, RV starts its IP right from sec 1, from what I read, all the JC teachers have arrived at the schools to start their preparation way before ( i read one year) the students are promoting to J1. the preparation work organised by the former principal Ms Ek and the staffs were excellent.

I like the fact that the schools need to interview their own teachers. Then they cannot blame MOE for sending bad teachers to their schools.
I am not sure there is a difference for A level. But RV's IP ASK is modeled after Harvard. I don't know what that means but I read all teachers have to learn and familiarised themselves with that mode of enquiring and applying knowledge. -

The best thing about the result this time is that it shows to the subsequent junior batches and people who are doubting and are not sure whether to join RV that the nationโs best possible result can be obtained in RV. It is an encouragement and the elimination of all doubts.
