Totally agree ! I have some doubts too but feel better now …

Don’t want to be a wet blanket but Wat about the rest of the cohort? Does everyone manage to gain entry to the unis ?

Did you read WeiHan's earlier analysis of the results. You would have a feel where RV stand in this round of results. Happen to hop into a blog of a RV student who scored 8 distinctions, he mentioned whole cohort generally did well. RV has the highest % of GP passes in Singapore, 99.7%, only 1 student didn't make it. The number of distinctions for Econs and Bio are surprisingly high. What else can one ask for ? We should have faith in them !

Despite having the lowest T- score amongst all IP schools, RV has shown its ability to generate value-added in this instance. A good system is already in place inorder to achieve such results.

          Good job!

\"RV's IP ASK is modeled after Harvard\" - i heard hor, miss eek is ex-harvard

RV's IP is modeled after Harvard's educational programme called \"Teaching for Understanding\", not \"ASK\" as I wrote previously.

I guess it is this one

                    octopusmum,

Is there any reason why you are worried that your son won't make it to the U?

I think there should not be a problem with your son's calibre even if he is just an average student in rv. A possible senario will be that he starts having attitude problem later, otherwise, even if he is just average, he should smoothly go to the U.

Thats e target of current P, 100% RV gradutes to get into Uni (cannot rem if he mention the word local uni). He also mentioned he wants to keep the cohort small and managable.
