If you could, would you decide on a 3rd child?

Winth, I have a girl and a boy. I read in a magazine to have a boy must have certain style of doing and to have a girl another style. The different style will affect how X & Y swim. Not sure true or not.

Oppppssss... Oh dear. I post in the wrong forum. Me bad

X sperms are slower swimmers but live longer, so if you want girl, should commit the act 3 to 5 days b4 ovulation date. Y sperms are faster swimmers but live only for 24 hours, so if you want boy, got to do it at the day itself.

Since Y are faster swimmers, if you orgasm and DH deep in, then also higher chance of boys. So if you want girls, should hold off orgasm and also no deep penetra*****.

If you try this method, must be very sure of ovulation date.

But all said, it is not a guarantee foolproof method, but it is definately scientific.

both of us agreed to go until No. 4, then after that see whether finances permit us to have until No. 6

benefits of growing up in a large family far outweigh those of growing up in a small family. Having grown up in a family of 4 kids myself, and having seen hundreds of kids in my career, is proof enough 😉

We have the means and have decided since day 1 that we want 3 maybe even 4. But the finances are there, the help is there, the spirit is willing so is the flesh 😉 unfortunately, nature decided otherwise.

Now we are just wondering whether to go the medical way or hope that nature will spring us a surprise.

Already done, both for me & DH. Doc recommends surgery for DH to correct some problems in his testes.

Jury is still out as to whether to proceed with the surgery. We already have 2 wonderful kids. So on the one hand, we hope for another one, but on the other hand, we are also wondering if we should just be content that we are blessed with 2 already without any issues and leave things to providence.

At the moment, providence is winning.

Sometimes it does work in mysterious ways. A great example is my own family. Mom had me when she was 29, sis came along 22 months later. Since she is the eldest DIL, she was hoping for third one to be a boy. She waited for 7 yrs b4 bro came along.

Same thing happened to my friend. Her DD1 was P3 before she got preggy again with DS. Before that, she tried all methods (western and chinese medicine) and gynae told her she has got nothing wrong but just didn't know why it was difficult for her to get pregnant. Then when about to give up trying, was told that she got pregnant.

a lot of old wives tales circulating, speculating of gender on next born 😉

I have always thought that too much planning gives u undue Pressure, and less Pleasure
                      How to perform?

Personally, if can afford $$, why not have more?

To me, biggest sacrifice is parent's lifestyle.
Now minimum holiday, tim-sm buffet ,weekend also cannot zzz much 😢
But looking at the kids bond with each other, my wife and me are very contented :celebrate:

End of the day, no matter how many kids we have, I just want them to be healthy and independent 🙏

                      ps..i got 3b1g

I read with interest what goes on here in singapore. It appears a lot of people here still favour boys…

over in uk, girls are actually more favoured.
