Just want to share. One of my friend recently bought slimlite (from Tupperware) for her sister to take. I am quite amaze from the result. She just take for 4 days and she has lost 3kg. Personally I believe, this early loss of weight is losing water. She told me that after starting the program (4 days only), she doesn’t have that much craving and not eating as much too.

Quite impressive, will continue to monitor her progress.

I'm so fat that I can only do 0.5km each time!!! else cannot even walk home!!

Adanial , great that you lost weight on the treadmill. Is the maintence costs of the machine high? My friend told me that you need to service it every year. If the weather is good, i much prefer to jog around the estate with my fave exercise music blasting away. Always feel good to sweat it out, but it's hard to find the energy to do so after a day's work.

My hubs is keen to get a rowing machine and we're exploring that. Only thing is finding a space for this and finding the motivation to use it! Ha, maybe that's why i was keen to try out the Marie France toning treatment. Irritating tummy is getting bigger by the day ( i hope it's only my imagination) and i'm getting shy to undress in front of hubs now. 😞

I also prefer to exercise outdoors. very boring to run on treadmill However after a long day's work really no energy to exercise. Maybe you should try herbalife. I have taken these products, amazingly i lost 3 kg in a month and now i am 5 kg lesser since feb. Never felt so good after my 2-time pregnancy. I can even put on my prepregnancy wear (25inch miniskirt) now. Shaped up my body too. Thunder thighs are smaller and fat loose tummy are smaller too.

PM if you are interested..:). Try for a month to see the positive results!:)

                  A guideline for losign weight.

No pain, no gain (in this case, no loss)

Wanna look slimmer, fit into that dress or jeans. Get the booty working.
No amount of slimming pills, body wraps and miracle working diet is going to help if you don’t sweat

Losing weight via slimming ctr is a NO to me. I went LWM and they only talk about money. I went RN and sign twice the package with them cos they’re very pushy. But I didn’t slim down but getting more stress cos I need to pay more and more money. In the end, I choose to see a doctor and slim down more than 15kg.
