Will now consider 2 other schools in the area but they wouldn’t be within walking distance.

I’m trying to overcome my disappointment & anger (anger maybe not!), & would be as normal when fetching my child later in the evening.

Ultimately, I wouldn’t want to show her my disappointment, and start her on a wrong footing by giving her impression that she would be going into a 2nd choice, inferior school…
