Think i was the 6th. On the way out there were like 3-4 more applicants.

Was told that for anyone on the waiting list, the P in any school has the say in who he/she wants to give the vacancy to when there is one, not first come first serve by order on the waiting list. So does it mean that if one resides out of 2km vs one who is within 1km(if both are PVs or church members), the P can give the vacancy to one who is out of 2km if he/she favours the one out of 2km?verykiasu2010:

some principal excuse themselves from the decision and defer it to committee to avoid being viewed as biase .....protecting rice bowl and reputation is more important -
