I would say I had a great weekends....at least I had fulfilled 2 tasks that I ong wanted to do...


1. Finally started my engine to begin training for the upcoming std charter run. Haha, dont be mistaken, just taking up 10km run...sorry huh, \"stealing\" this thread to mention abt it....heehee :evil:

2. Finally made my 1st tried snowskin mooncakes since it is the simplest to make compare to traditional types. With 1kg chocolate lotus paste, I made 42 small ones and 2 big ones....with Choco and Panda flavour. And I am thick skin enough to give them to my friends and families. Luckily, they are modest enough to tell me its nice.
