      Nebbermind:
Should avoid until more feedback from people who tried.

So far, heard things gotta be restore from backup after upgrade.
that is because the way the iOS5 operate

all the apps you have are now in iCloud after the upgrade to iOS5, so you have to bring it down, that is how i interpret it, after i done mine without any hiccup

Just use itunes to update it lor…

It will make a backup of the iDevice, then clear everything, install the new iOS, then restore the Apps/Data back to the iDevice Automatically w/o user intervention…

Somehow, after updating to iSO5, I got difficult Syncing the photo album… always got missing albums… need to try a few times to get the album correctly populate the iPad Device…

But the Sync over WiFi function seems quite convenient… No need messy wires anymore…

Don’t have any problems so far, though DH was complaining the iPad’s a bit slower.

love the new features like notification centre (though still has bugs) and able to use ipad while syncing.

missed my 1 swipe to toggle wifi on/off

My mom did. Her phone wasn't exactly fast before, so i don't really see the difference. I have some friends that don't recommend it as yea, the speed.
