Can do a CPC trial for a month to see if she’s ready? It boils down to her maturity. Some children hate one-to-one lessons.

Yes, listening is a skill they are expected to know and will be tested at the end of JMC. The music teacher will practise with the kids often at a later stage of JMC ... usually asking all the kids to face the parents (so they can't see what notes she plays) then ask the kids what notes she just played (e.g., do mi so, ti fa so, do mi so). As they progress, she will test them in class individually.

after 2 lessons of JMC.. the songs stuck at my head.. my girl is humming the songs too.. i feel songs like sing with me, friendly fingers.. are very catchy.. u think so?

You can try to practise with her at home. Start with do mo so and ti fa so. She should be able to catch it in class after this.

There are many time slots and I would like to choose, based on the teacher.

yamaha is now having sales for their piano untol 31st Dec… the price for Acoustic Piano U1 different… for silent it can go up to $9.9k… there is one white colour, Acoustic piano U1 J PWh $6.9k… also have cheap one like P-95 $1049 what is this type ? haven reach the teacher parent session to ask which to buy… any recommendation ?
