I used to have a flabby tummy, thighs and arms but not anymore now. After I went thru a 3 months program, I lose all the unsightly flabbiness that I thought was impossible to lose and the best part, I don’t even need to exercise to lose them. If interested to know how I did it, pm me and I will be glad to share with you on how I did it. Cheers and stay healthy always 

Sharing..Had a incredibly flabby tummy 9 months back cos just delivered then. Went for ashtanga yoga classes and the classes incorporated lots of core exercises which helped to toned my tummy. Drop from a size 33 to 30 now. Very satisfied with the result and will hang in to lose more :boogie:

            That's cool...
Everyone's commenting I look nicer with some pounds piled on, but my tummy is far from satisfactory..
Just need to lose fats in that area.. but very hard, since mine's a desk job.
            *sigh*
Anyone heard of, or used Fit Yummy Mummy thingy?

What about taking the easy way out? OSIM's uKimono anyone?

there is no easy way out. Or maybe there is... try liposuction... it's not without it's risks though.

Agreed, there is not easy way out:) its hard work. No \"pain\", no gain:)
Myt wife did it with a little diet adjustment, regular long walk at the park and Contour cold gel + massage cream + wrap for overnight:) It works!

I know this sounds odd but would you know if your flabby tummy is due to the loose skin or poor muscle tone? You can definitely tighten a flabby tummy with stomach exercises but if the skin is loose and that's causing the flab then you might want to try some self massage with lots of lifting steps. A tightening and lifting product used with the massage with give you better results.

As a mum who has been doing slimming massage for my customers for many years, i've seen alot of tummies with all sorts of problems but exercise is still a must for toned muscles 🕺 Massage really helps with the lifting and tightening of the skin

I have some massage steps i use on myself which i can share here but not sure if i can scan it and post it as an image here, will try!
