First Day of School! First Day of School!

To all Kiasu, Kiasi and terribly Kenchiong parents like me, pls share your most memorable, laughable, crazy things that happen before during and after the first day of school.

It will seem crazy or even impossible sometimes, but at the end of the day, trust me we will all survive πŸ™‚

Goodluck to all children and parents tomorrow, just remember this, life is short, laugh hard!

For parents whose child is taking the school bus home, remember to take down the bus number and driver handphone number. May be worrying if child don’t reach home on time.

Starting of a new year for the children .:rahrah: :rahrah:

Older on just went off to school -- all excited after the long break.

Younger one to go in afternoon. Planning to accompany him to school.

Hope they have a good start . :please:

All the best parents and children !

still remember my son's 1st day in P1. I waited in the school till recess to see if he can handle. Imagine when he saw me, he walked towards me and said: Mummy, you haven't gone back yet? you're still here for what?? πŸ˜“

My husband laughed and told me: that's what you get for being so worrying and see what it ended up with

I stay around the parade square until the last class went up, so the entire place was empty. When i was about to leave, saw a little girl came running into the parade square, obviously very late.

She put her bag down on the ground, stand there and waited. It too some very looong seconds before she realised that assembly was over and ran up the stairs to her classroom. not before putting a wide grin on my face.

Parents if you are late for school please tell your child to go straight to the class room πŸ™‚
