      Snow Crystal:
      qms:

My boy has sufficient sleep and used to drink a lot of milk. He is 8 years old now and 1.55m tall.

:yikes: wow! That is super tall for a P2. You and/or spouse must be extremely tall. Genes play a big part so whatever methods we are mentioning are to boost the height beyond potential.

O_o 1.55m tall for a P2 is amazing! It might be prematurity too, though. There's this guy in my class that started puberty at Primary Three, now he stays put at the height of a mere 1.52m

ya my niece get to know of a footballer who got the jab to increase his height..Just wonder is it safe to do that. .

I read an article on this in the ST some years ago. Apparently it's using synthetic hormones ... don't feel safe. Yeah, my 1.30+m sec 1 boy complaining he's \"short\". He also doesn't feel comfortable with such jabs, so I told him to wait until he's 15yo, surely will grow taller then (altho' don't know to how tall, lah). So far, I've observed my kids don't start having their growth spurts early, so he'll probably follow suit.

Take your green, make smoothies out of green. Take colostrum which contain growth factor IgG. That would help them grow. Carrot juice contain more calcium than milk, raw almond milk is another good choice too. Yogurt is best as it provides good bacteria, calcium and protein, easier on digestion. Don’t worry, when they reach their puberty, they will grow. Good luck!
