we also brew 田七 & ginseng prescribe from 余仁生 as he has already show the sign of purbery.
he is P5 this year, and is 156/57cm tall now.
My ds is P6 and below 140cm. 😢

Take your green, make smoothies out of green. Take colostrum which contain growth factor IgG. That would help them grow. Carrot juice contain more calcium than milk, raw almond milk is another good choice too. Yogurt is best as it provides good bacteria, calcium and protein, easier on digestion. Don’t worry, when they reach their puberty, they will grow. Good luck!

If we use Yu Ren Sen's prescription, can we leave out the peanut roots (as dont know where to get them)? Thanks![/quote]

Hi ,my ds only take tian qi so far , will see whether it really help before letting him take the peanut roots.
for tian qi , may take once every 2-3 weeks, and 4 times in total.

you may find the peanut roots at the wet market or farmart at CCK http://farmart.com.sg/gettinghere.aspx.

True but potential height also got range so what we are discussing here hopefully pull (literally) the kids to the highest of the possible range and not end up at lowest of the range. Why same siblings but some tall some short right! Let's all try our best to defy gravity for our kids to hit highest possible height in the range. Jia you and jia height!
