Where to find low fat pineapple tarts?

      Hi cherrygal!

Well, I did confess that I had a sweet tooth

Anyway, that bottle wasn't for me and me only, am sharing with the extended family and is safely placed in my MIL's fridge, to curb my temptation ๐Ÿ˜†

My fridge has space. I can help you store FOC ๐Ÿ˜‰

And I can help you finish them too

i don't think there is such thing as low fat (or low calories) pineapple tarts

maybe just less fat or less sugar

        Low fat pineapple tarts?
        Where to find?
Even if have, I think it would not be as good as the fatty ones!
So it is all or nothing for me.

Think I will buy from Polar Cafe - 6pcs for $3.80 - to satisfy my craving and not eat too much. If I buy the big bottle, I would be forced to finish.

I must say that for commercial ones, they are pretty good. My DH, who says that his mom's tarts are the best, actually commented that they aren't too bad.

Anyway, to each his own, don't flame me if you don't agree k ๐Ÿ˜‚

I tried Polar Cafeโ€™s pineapple tarts today and itโ€™s really good! The filling is very natural and not too sweet. I found it good maybe becoz DH and I were fighting over a mere 6 pieces. hahaha

You guys can try Blue Magnolia, their pineapple tarts can be compared to Le Cafeโ€™s, just smaller (less calories?!). But be warned, not cheap. Another one to try is Fancy Delight (or something like that). Very reasonably priced. Both are at the Taka fair. Fancy Delight (?) does tangerine balls too which are very nice. For pineapple balls, go for the original and not the milk balls, I think those are not as nice. Yi Kou Wei is also producing giant pineapple balls which are similar in SIZE to Le Cafe.

                        autumnbronze:
I have bought a bottle of Nonya brand rolled pineapple tarts from NTUC at $10.90 if I remember correctly.

                        They are really good
Is it NOYA? I couldn't find the Nonya brand... except for one that said Nonya pineapple tarts (Ampor). But Nonya Ampor was $11.50 for 500g leh.
