      IMHO don't drill too hard or risk making them fear or dislike chinese.


      They will learn how to write chinese in due time. More important now is to cultivate the interest to learn chinese. When they find learning chinese is fun, they won't find it difficult.

        agree with tankee… dun drill now…but cultivate interest… best let them learn via drama and speech… i heard Berries is popular cos they are not stressing the kids… learn with fun… this is the correct why… even mathss… dun drill too hard… u can see the different reaction by our kids by the two approaches…
