I have a friend whose daughter was in GEP and she still continue working. Her daughter is very committed and responsible towards her assignments.

I think the basic criteria for GEPers is they must be motivated in their learning.

Boys are usually more playful. I heard and see most GEP boys having SAHM in my school. You can see them, in T-shirt and with lunch box waiting for their GEP boys at the school. They usually crowd among themselve. They are also being labelled, \"GEP-mother\", too. I also know a GEP boy whose parents (both) do not seem to be working and both send him and wait for him at school any time and stay with him even during his CCA training, or any competition.

I think what u are saying happen in mostly gep schools which the parents are more 'rich'.

Hi MdmKS,

My friend told me a parents (both) seem not working at all, they have a boy in GEP and a daugher in P2, whenever their children in CCA or supplymentary classes, both parents appear in the sch, I do not know it is the same parents we are referring to, to confirm this is both their kids study in Nan Hua Pri Sch? TIA

Finally we are getting to the real definition of \"GEP\". :celebrate:

It's unfair to say this becos there're GEP kids who are not from rich families. Rich families probably tend to have the advantage of sending their kids to enrichment centres and courses and so that increases the chances of their kids going into GEP.

Let's not make sweeping statements based on impression.
