Some recommendations of good paediatrician from experienced parents will be helpful for the future.

I suspect that my niece has a prenatal liver condition and that is why she always had bloated stomach, complained of stomache and irritable in the night. None of the specialists they consulted have found out.

Go for one with knowledge and wisdom that comes with experience.

You guys hang in there , your niece will get well soon.
Please remind your sis to Just focus on the now, and NOT to berate herself with what she or anyone could have done. She is doing her best and things will work out.

Thanks for all the prayers and advise.

My niece is awake now and watching cartoon. The liver consultant said that her liver function has recover slightly because the medication helped to relief of the stress on the liver and give a chance for recovery.

The doctor that we have seen in Mt E. for my DS is Dr Dr Belinda Murugasu-Koh. She is recommended by my Gnae. Not sure whether she is good in children having liver conditions, as we usually go to her for common cold and coughs etc.

It would be good if she can do a thorough check of her liver when she is better. Better find out the root of the problem so as to ease your concern.

Hope she gets well fast
