it is not to do with meal replacement ... but the main thing is to have your body metabolic rate improved naturally.

From my own experience, I take this substance call \"Oligopeptide\".

This is actually the food for our cells. Thus if we feed our cells with the food that it has been lacking of, it wll be revitalise, rejuvenated and repaired, and be able to function normally.

As our entire body is made up of cells, ie hair, skin, heart, lungs, liver, etc. When our cells are healthly, we'll be healthy.

I took to improve my alertness and immunity. But in the end I got more than that.....my eczema almoost cleared, my sinus disappeared and also I lost weight. and also my skin glowed from within

I think it’s the carbs… I find that when I eat less carbs, my weight will drop…

Yes you are right, Shoe. It’s the carbs. I cut my carbs and I slimmed down very quickly.

You can eat carbs but watch the time. Carbs are ok before 5pm. So I eat all the sinful things for lunch. Dinner is light and usually protein and vege only.

                    Hi,

I don't mean to be rude....but some of \"Oligopeptide\" are not good for health, it's bad for the Liver.

                    From Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oligopeptide

eg : Phalloidin - A very toxic polypeptide isolated mainly from Amanita phalloides (Agaricaceae) or death cap; causes fatal liver, kidney and CNS damage in mushroom poisoning; used in the study of liver damage.
