i know she was about 16 or 17 years old, went jogging one day and was found raped and killed.......i think she was a student from vjc. i believe the place she was found was either changi or pasir ris..........

very pretty girl with long hair. case unsolved.

i was unable to do a proper search at nlb.........online.......

Is the name Winnifred Teo??? Think she was from cjc.

I remember it vividly. Was quite shaken at that time after it happened.

Thought it occurred at MacRitchie??

why d sudden interest in dis case?

Heard d main suspects were d foreign workers quartered there,
though culprit(s) were nvr found.

Drove along Old Holland Rd just abt a month ago in d early morn,
there were still a few ppl jogging there; place looks quite deserted,
quite a surreal sight.

I used to love driving thru there too…really enjoyed looking at the trees that are growing along the road that wraps around the big empty field between Holland Green and Blackmore

Blame it on the new season of criminal minds ......And the murder, detective magazines I am reading now.

Csi ny new season coming soon too.


Though I got some info wrong like her school and crime scene....I remember a picture of her with long hair.

Like the unsolved case of the murdered siblings, hopefully someone would break the silence and bring closure for the family.

Its been wat 25, 26 years?
there wasn't any DNA database then.
d longer d case remains unsolved, esp if it involves a lone foreigner
who has since retired to his home country, it becomes much much harder to solve.
Unless someone is pricked by guilty conscience to come forward n confess now,
pls let d family rest in peace.
