      Hi Yuhua,

personally i like yin yoga very much, especially the deep stretching for each pose. for the first few lessons, some poses were very painful for me, as i go along and practise at home, i find that its not as bad as the first time i tried it

and also, i used to have cramp on the first 2 days of period, after doing yin yoga, the pain is lesser and flower also lighten

      give it a try!

        Hi,

I have tried many ways to slim down like go jogging almost every day, gym, yoga, skip 1 meal, take slimming pills etc but none of them work well to me. Only my friend introduced this weight management that helped me to achieve my target weight within 3 months. Besides taking this weight management program, you have to control your diet, dun take too much carbo and no snacks too.

This is not only a weight management program as it is a nutritional product. It contains all the vitamins that we need each day. Taking this product will not have any side effect.

Even I have stopped taking the product for half a year, my weight never rebounce and that is why I am very happy with the product.

If anyone interested to know more, free feel to PM me or email me at [email protected].

I dun think exercise alone can help if you dun watch what you eat. You must reduce your intake of carbo esp at night.

I have a fren who signed up for slimming sessions but still couldn't slim down as she did not control her diet.

I also went for kickboxing but couldn't drop the weight until I cut down on my carbo intake. I dropped 11kg so far. So I am convinced it's the food intake and not what particular exercise you do.
              Hi cherrygal,

Can share with us how you reduce your carbo intake? Like, what do you usually eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner? I would like to reduce my carbo intake too, but not sure how to do it without feeling hungry all the time. Too use to eating rice, noodles, bread, etc. I eat out most of the time. Any suggestion on a low carbo meal plan that works? For the past 5 five years, I've piled on about 7kg due to my sedentry lifestyle and unhealthy diet. I dont eat a lot though. I drink lots of 3-in-1 coffee. Not sure if that's the cause of my weight gain. Hope to get some tips from anyone who has successfully loose weight without resorting to pills. Thanks.

Hi thanks for sharing. But does apple cider cause tooth decay if consumed daily?

Which time of the day do you drink this?

I find the commercial pack coffee contains too much sugar.

Now I drink Nescafe Gold decaf with milk powder.

I am also a rice person - have cut down my rice (mixture of brown n white rice) intake to 1/2 bowl at meal times, eat more greens to fill the appetite.

Try drinking those instant like 2-in-1, thats w/o sugar. I have sweet tooth but I curb my sugar cravings after drinking my supplement drink and now taking I take my coffee w/o sugar, drink lots of water, supplement juice drink and exercise regularly. šŸ™‚
