Means an official suspected of illegal acts in the course of duty and if convicted, he/she may be removed from his/her post and charged under criminal or civil law.
Her flip-flops in court has also turned her into a 'hostile' witness, n prosecution has applied to recall her to d stand for cross-examination.

but more of a deer caught in d headlights n she not knowing which way to turn.
She has to be careful wat she says when d prosecution re-examine her on d witness stand.
If she now contradicts d statements she gave to CPIB, she opens herself to be charged for lying in her police statements under d Penal Code n also cited for perjury in court. Is dis wat u mean by \"瞄视法庭\"? -
