I just did my rebonding last friday at kimage, cost $300, plus treatment. Usually do it once a year.

Ask them y their service so expensive, as my friends can get $100++ elsewhere, they said that the products r different, if I want $100++ they also have, but yi fen qian yi fen huo. Quite true, as mine can last 1 year while my friends' abt 6-8 mths the most.
Kimage is always very exp. I used to do it there too abt this price, many years ago. After that, I swtiched to ProTrim, and never exceeded $200. Recently did for dd, $170 - hair is beyond shoulder length.

How long it can last, also depends on individual's hair condition. To me, Kimage and ProTrim, are both reputable.

hi lovekidsverymuch, so far ok, she would still tie her hair to school because its a must and so far its still straight. Lots of conditioner at the roots after wash and I bought hair mask for her to put on too. Hair mask is just like conditioner but thicker. The only thing for rebond, as we all know, is difficult to dry, hence need to use hair dryer to blow dry for longer period than usual. 😄

i thought after u rebond cannot tie atleast for 1-2 weeks?

My stylist said its ok to tie even the next day, because if their skill and product is good, tie won't affect. Anyway, no choice too, also must tie to school. But so far, ok leh, still nice and straight. 😄

                hi there,

just chance upon your message. I did mine in K1 salon Ang Mo Kio in dec last year and still look straight. It cost me $135 if I am not wrong. You may want to have a try there.

there are so many online group buys offering rebonding services. I just bought one for dd & me for $58 (with treatment). Just google about the service provider to see if there are any good or negative reviews before you make the purchase for a peace of mind.

You can try Supercuts at Compass Point or Nex. They call it \"soft straight\" and gives a natural look. Does not look stiff. Depending on hair texture, it can last about 6 months; may seem a short time, but that's because I have naturally wavy (wild  ) hair and I swim. Otherwise, shd be able to last about 9 months, I think.
