He is interested in tennis CCA. Does he have to go through a selection test? What is ECCA n what's the criteria to join? Finally, where n when to buy books n uniform.

Uniform from BibiBaba store at Shaw Centre or to check with the sch when the BibiBaba operator will be in sch to set up store to sell.

The uniform store in the school is opened till this Sat, while the book store will be opened till next Sat, plus certain days in Dec.
If you drop by the school, I believe you can also find out more of your query from the general office.

School Uniforms - The sale of school uniforms by Bibi & Baba will be held at our school site (53 Mount
Sinai Road) on the dates stated below:
Saturday, 03 November 2012 (9.00 am to 12 noon)
Tuesday, 20 November 2012 to Friday, 23 November 2012 (9.00 am to 3.00 pm) Saturday, 24 November 2012 (9.00 am to 12 noon)
Alternatively, parents may choose to purchase the uniforms directly from Bibi & Baba retail store located at Far East Shopping Centre #02-28. Please call them at 6732-7022 if you need any clarification.
School Textbooks - Online order will be available when the 2013 school textbooks list is distributed to parents by mid-November 2012.
Parents are encouraged to purchase the school textbooks online via the Pacific Bookstores website (http://www.pacificbookstores.com)

Thanks for the warm welcome and the info. I spoke with some boys I know who are currently studying in HPPS and they told me there are many bullies and fights among boys in HPPS. Is that true?

Yes. They will switch from C to I or I to C base on their result.
