when will we know what is COP for St Nick IP and SCGS IP ?

Its a very good question. I called St Nicks before PSLE. They says it is a secret. Cannot reveal since it is the first time having IP.

But once again, no offence to any ksps, my take is that of this 2 choices, I will opt out and go for for cedar IP. Reason? The infrastructure is already there and set up for quite some time, and VJC is very established. For St Nicks, SCGS IP, it is still untested and the new JC yet to be named.

        Same as VS vs CHS.

Ok, this is scary. Everyone's talking about the COP becoming higher. Could anyone please tell me what you predict RGS's COP to be?

Most schools COP will be increased by 1 or 2 points this year due to higher demand. 3000 more kids took PSLE this year compare to last year. Especially the new dual track IP schools, places for O level track has decrease.

The grey book is just a guide line as the COP IS EITHER-1 or +1.

have they named this new Principal for the new Junior college -
heading / leading (Catholic High, St Nick, SCGS) A level students ?
where he / she came from ?

For new JC, everything from basic equipment like copier, tables, chairs to school guidelines, regulations need to be created and formed, less talking abt new JC teachers and Principal on board. It will need sometime to settle down.

I read another thread from cedar IP. They do have several teething issues in the beginning which was posted in the forum…and I hope they have ironed and settled by now.

Still unknown. According to the principal of CHS.

My DS didn't do well. He only scored 213. Could you all recommend me some of the better schools that he can apply to? We're staying in the east.

A friend's dd went to Damai. She's thriving well as a big fish in a small pond. Her mum says that her DD is very motivated there.

                        Hi

My son is keen on Victoria school but i am considering Sji or catholic high. Do these 2 schools provide a more holistic education, building boys of character than just pure academics? Any thoughts? Thks!
All are good school. Maybe you want to find out why do your boy choose VS? VS is affiliate d to VJC, which is a top JC. He will be studying in his new sec for 4 years, it is better to choose one he likes.
