PSLE COP 2009

I agree with Fairy. It seems fewer people are applying for RGS now. NYGS should have a higher COP…

Oh my goodness. The COP result of this year is truly a surprise to me .... :?COP for 2009
RGS 260
NYGH 263 (with bonus pt from HMT)
RI 259
HCI 257 (with bonus pt from HMT)
Well, I'm not surprised by HYGH's higher COP as compared to RGS as I've predicted this. -

The RI 259 may be DSA, so need to check carefully.
My friend's son 259, got into RI through S1 posting. So there is a drop of 3 points this year.
My son got into ACS(I) 256. I am still waiting to know if he has got into IB.
I saw a post on 257 getting into NJC. Anyone lower than 257 got into NJC. I want to consider appealing to NJC, if my boy is not offered IB at ACS(I).
Please advice :?: -

Yes ... partly because COP dropped & most were conservative about first choice. See later lah... if your dream school dropped significaant & you didn't aim for it , there will be unhappy parents here....by 9 AM -
