Same as tankee. But if over long term, I do get tired esp now that age is catching up & lower metabolism. So when I really cannot take it, and if there's enough time during the day, i may try to take a short power nap cos it gets dangerous if I doze off at the wheels. Somehow I dun really like to sleep that muchusually 5 to 5.5 hrs on weekday and 6 to 8 hrs on weekend

Made a super simple apple crumble for dessert, made with little butter (maybe 40g?) and little sugar (2 Chines tbsp)
I ate only a few pieces of the apple and a tiny winy portion of the crumble

But weekend I clock in the same - thanks to some shopping/going out with DH , but the real time killer TV , iPad :faint: saturdays I sleep so late.really deserve :nunchuk:
