I wish he had been more harsh on me. Maybe I would not hv ballooned so much over the years IF he had made noise then.
You hubby deserves to be :spank:Harlequin:
I have been snacking less, dropped 1 kg :rahrah:
Hubby just came back this morning, saw me and said: U put on weight. :gloomy:
Need to do more in snacking less, in resisting temptation, in moving around.
But, maybe you are just water retention... I get that quite bad pre-menses. Puffy face in the morning. :gloomy:
Now eating an apple instead of sugary stuff.
My hubby makes too much noise. Sometimes, he pinches my stubborn fats. Occassionally, he asks me to get on the weight machine. He must see how heavy I weigh! :siam: -
tinkfirst:
Which brand of peanut butter do you buy? I switch to Peter Pan(USA) from Skippy(China), even though the former tastes better. Any other recommendations?
We buy skippy. Never tried Peter pan. Is it nice? -
Peter Pan is a little drier compared to Skippy which is smoother and has more flavours.

Don't walk too long distance with high heels, even it's just the 5cm heels... It's not \"healthy\" at all.
Many ladies' toes \"deformed\" and bend inward, some as bad as the big toe is lapping on top of the second toe.... or suffer bunions and corns.
Always walk in comfort shoes. A suggestion is to bring along a pair of light and foldable ballet flats, change into it before you embark on your long walk. -
