Hi! Momresource,
Thanks a lot for your feedback!
May I know how long has Mrs Simon been teaching at St Margaret’s Pri?
I got the new teacher’s portfolio from admin of ballet school.
So not sure whether the new teacher taught in St Margaret quite some time back? But she seems quite young lor…
So does st Margaret send the girls for CSTD exam every year?
Thanks so much for your info! -

Hi coo_hi, my daughter's ballet teacher is Angel Yao, and she's taking pre-primary ballet lessons at The Ballet School in West Coast Plaza. I'm not sure how her teaching is like because my girl can't quite tell me, but she enjoys going for her lessons thus far. Didn't know Angel actually teaches ballet in quite a number of Pri/Sec schools..Hi, would like to check whether any parents have children who took ballet in their Primary/Sec schools, under a teacher named
Angel Yao YaTing?
She has taught previously in the following schools:
1) Canossa Convent Pri school
2) Marsiling Pri School
3)Radin Mas Pri School
4)Townsville Pri school
5) St Margaret Pri & Sec School
6) Hougang Sec
7) Park View Pri School
Yu Neng Pri School
Would like to know whether she is good at teaching ballet?
As she is a new teacher at my girl's ballet school.
& can parents feedback on what is being taught in such ballet classes,
in Primary+secondary schools?
As CCA right?
Do they teach RAD syllabus?
& do they prepare & send kids to take RAD exams?
Thanks in advance for your feedback! -

Hi...Hi Parents
I am thinking of enroling my daughter to ballet class. She has always shows interest in it. She is 6 turning 7 this year (Primary 1). We ever tried letting her try before but she was very timid and cried throughout the lessons. We gathered she is not suitable to be taught my caucasians and class mainly comprises of caucasians. This is also the case when she tried Speech and Drama class.
She has no problem attending classes with locals as I found out with different enrichment class she attended. My conclusion is that we asians are more protective to our kids, and as such resulted in kids being more clingy and less open to new environment if being left alone in a new place. This is what my daughter is.
As such, I have yet to find her a good ballet school that is taught by locals and attended by local kids. I stay at Queenstown and hope to find a ballet class/school that is not so far away.
Any suggestions?
Not sure if you had found your daughter a ballet school.... You may want to try Tanz Ballet@The Ballettschule. Tel. no.: 92227513, look for Teacher Cherrie, one of the few highly qualified teachers in singapore from Royal Academy of Dance, UK. -

Yes, still need to wear panty first, then wear tights, then leotard.
Btw, is there any good ballet school in Bedok, katong or marine parade ? Tq.
